We engage in a number of activities to raise the share of women in the organization and have set clear targets for this. Efforts include collaboration with educational institutions, and making sure external recruitment firms are always present female candidates in the recruitment process.

The goal is for at least 25 % of managerial positions to be held by women, and for the entire organization to be at least 23 % female.
